Today we will talk about Dominique Walker, president and CEO of PrintWare Group, an IT support service company from Jamaica that specializes in managed print services. As Dominique proudly says, PrintWare Group is HP's largest managed print service provider in the Caribbean.

When asked about her biggest business challenge faced, Walker replied that to prove themselves capable and competent women have to work ten times as hard as a man. Nevertheless, she told us that the best way to overcome this challenge is to dissipate any doubt by delivering excellence in her tasks.

Finally, as a piece of advice to young women looking to dive into the business world, Dominique recommends always believing in yourself, find someone that inspires you and make a commitment to always take a step towards the goal that you are trying to achieve. Things will not be easy, and challenges may arise from every corner, but the most important thing is to stay focused, patient and determined.
