How do I know I am getting the full speed of my broadband?
Exit all running software. Go to the website http://www.speedtest.net/ and click on the “Flow server.” For the most accurate results ensure the speed test is performed over a wired connection as opposed to a wireless connection.

These enhancements are in direct response to our customers’ needs and form part of our commitment to providing you with the very best value and service experience. The added data and unlimited local ‘anywhere’ minutes will not only amplify your connectivity but also reflect our dedication to staying ahead in this ever-evolving telecommunications landscape.
To support these enhancements, please note there will be a nominal price adjustment of between $6 and $10 on select postpaid mobile and bundle plans.

The price increase will take effect on 1st August, 2024. You will see the updated pricing reflected on your 1st August billing statement.
How will customers be notified of these changes?
Customers will be notified via email and website updates.
How much will my bill increase by?
The specific increase will vary from $6 for customers on Mobile/Broadband Plans to $10 for Mobile standalone customers on specific plans. You will receive detailed information outlining the changes in pricing for your specific account on your next bill.
What specific services or plans are affected by the price increase?
The price increase impacts mobile customers on these specific plans. Mobile Essential, Mobile Select, Mobile Max, Mobile Elite, Mobile starter, Mobile Plus. Mobile Extra and Mobile Ultra. You will receive detailed information out;lining the changes to your specific plan.
Is the price increase applicable to all business customers?
No, The price increase applies only to the specific mobile plans outlined in answer 5 above.
Will there be any changes or improvements to the services or features offered alongside the price increase?
Yes, Customers will benefit from increases in data and or minutes allotment, in addition, we continuously invest in upgrading and expanding our network infrastructure, enhancing service quality and introducing innovative features to better serve our customers
How often do we adjust prices?
We aim to minimize the frequency of such adjustments while ensuring the continued quality and reliability of our services. Price adjustments are made periodically based on changes in market conditions, operational costs and service offerings.
How will the price increase be reflected on my billing statement?
The price increase will be clearly indicated on your August 1st billing statement.
Will I be exempted from the price increase if I am already in contract?
The price increase may be applicable dependent on your contract. This can be discussed with your Account Manager.
