Business Mobile Infinite Plus Postpaid plan
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provisioning of the “Business Mobile Infinite Plus Postpaid Plan (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) existing Liberty Business, “FLOW” customers herein referred to as “The Company”). The Service is offered using our mobile networks.
1.2 The Promotional Period is May 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026.
1.3 The Service includes a handset offer which is available while stocks last and alternative handsets may be included subject to availability. The handset shall remain the property of Liberty Business until the Customer has completed all required payments in full.
1.4 The Service requires that the Customer signs a contract for a minimum period of 24 months.
1.5 If Customer opts to enroll in a handset installment plan, it will not attract interest but will be subject to a 10% administrative charge. The Customer’s enrollment in the handset installment plan may be subject to credit approval and require a deposit based on the Customer’s credit profile.
1.6 If Customer cancels the Service prior to the end of the agreed term, the Customer shall be required to immediately pay any outstanding balance remaining on the instalment plan for the handset. Liberty Business reserves the right to disconnect the Service if Customer’s bill is not paid on-time and in full.
1.7 Customer must first activate a primary (base) line before becoming eligible for any multi-line discounts.
1.8 The plan provides for unlimited mobile data allotment of up to 85 GB of data and unlimited data will throttle at 4G LTE speed after 85 GB has been used.
1.9 Mobile data allotment includes 25GB of data dedicated to business collaboration tools such as Whatsapp, Teams, Outlook, WebEx.2.0 and Unlimited Talk & Text is subject to our Fair Usage Policy located at acceptable use policy | Flow Business.
2.0 This Service is available to customers in areas where the Company’s s service is available.
2.1 GCT & Special Telephone Call Tax are applicable.
2.2 Handsets are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to amend the Service, pricing or discontinue this product at any time.
